These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by WASH THIS! Pressure Washing. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

WASH THIS! Pressure Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, deck cleaning, fence cleaning, staining services, and window cleaning.

Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, accessibility, and scheduling.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Customers are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at WASH THIS! Pressure Washing’s discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins and may vary based on property size, accessibility, condition, scope of work, and requested services.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking or at the time of service.

WASH THIS! Pressure Washing reserves the right to adjust pricing if actual service conditions differ significantly from the original estimate.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible working conditions during scheduled service appointments. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and notifying us of any hazards or sensitive areas.

Customers should notify WASH THIS! Pressure Washing in advance of any damaged surfaces, fragile materials, loose boards, cracked concrete, damaged windows, or areas requiring special care.

5. Liability

While WASH THIS! Pressure Washing exercises professional care during every project, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose siding, cracked concrete, weathered wood, oxidation, failed seals, deteriorated surfaces, or structural issues that become visible during or after cleaning.

Certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, mold staining, or environmental buildup may not be fully removable through standard cleaning methods.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions, defective materials, aging surfaces, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we may reasonably review and address service-related concerns.

7. Refusal or Termination of Service

WASH THIS! Pressure Washing reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, hazardous, or unsuitable for professional completion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama.
